K-Bot Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KaserCorp handles information for K-Bot account onboarding, subscriptions, billing, support, automation, and connected marketing modules.
Information We Process
We may process account details, company details, login and session data, subscription and billing metadata, module settings, campaign content, audience records, integration status, provider logs, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the platform.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, activate subscribed features, process payments, provide support, deliver campaigns you configure, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain sender and platform health.
Connected Providers
K-Bot may exchange data with providers selected or authorized for your account, including email, SMS, billing, CRM, LinkedIn-related helpers, analytics, and meeting services. Provider access is limited to the operational purpose of the connected module.
Retention and Security
We retain operational records as needed for service delivery, billing, security, compliance, troubleshooting, and audit purposes. We use technical and administrative controls designed to protect account and campaign data.
Your Choices
You may request account, billing, data, or integration assistance by contacting support. Some data must be retained where required for billing, security, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
