K-Bot Terms and Conditions

Effective June 25, 2026

These terms govern use of K-Bot services, including onboarding, subscriptions, AI-assisted lead engagement, email, LinkedIn, meeting, tracker, chatbot, AEO, workforce, and related modules provided by KaserCorp.

Account and Authorized Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protection of login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You agree to use K-Bot only for lawful business purposes and to comply with applicable email, privacy, anti-spam, platform, and data protection rules.

Subscriptions and Billing

Selected engines and plans are billed according to the price and interval shown during checkout. Access to paid modules may depend on successful payment, trial status, plan status, and feature entitlements assigned to the subscriber account. Failed, disputed, or canceled payments may limit module access.

Campaigns and Integrations

You are responsible for configuring sender domains, mailboxes, connected accounts, audience lists, and campaign content. K-Bot may pause, queue, or block sends when provider errors, platform limits, reputation risk, or compliance concerns are detected.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of customer data and campaign content that you provide. You grant KaserCorp the limited right to process that data as needed to provide, secure, monitor, support, and improve the service.

Availability and Changes

KaserCorp works to keep K-Bot available and reliable, but service may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, networks, browser environments, or connected platform limits. Features, pricing, and module availability may change with notice where required.
