When you launch a campaign it does not send immediately — it is held as a
“Campaign request” for the architect to review. You’ll see the request posted in
your Zoom lane (e.g. Campaign request - YourName - 01), and it starts sending
only once the architect signs and approves it. If it’s rejected you’ll be told why so
you can revise and resubmit. So: build and submit your campaigns, then watch your lane —
approval, not launch, is what releases the send.
